This beautiful two storey house belongs to a couple of prominent Greek architects who were captivated by the beauty of the island.

They bought and renovated it in the 60s using traditional materials and techniques, highlighting the plasticity of the volumes and lines and working together with local builders and artisans.

The interior was unified so that the layout would better serve their growing family and visiting friends.

It has been used since then as a private family holiday house and is now available for short term rent when not occupied by family members.

Location

The house is located only a 5 minute walk from the port -no steps to climb- in a residential neighborhood, 2 minute walk from the shops and 7 minute from the beach.

Ground floor

You enter through the garden and the sitting – dining courtyard with a marble table with direct access to the kitchen on your left.
The dining and living room are also situated on this floor with direct access to the courtyard and so is the second bathroom.

First floor

Two marble staircases lead to the second floor veranda were you have direct access to the two bedrooms and the main bathroom.
